In July 2014, Mr. Gurgul was featured in TätowierMagazin, Germany’s most respected and influential tattoo publication. His name was highlighted on the cover, indicating to readers the inclusion of an exclusive interview and presentation of his works inside the issue. This coverage represents a significant instance of international recognition and serves as strong evidence of Mr. Gurgul’s distinction in the field of tattoo and visual arts.
TätowierMagazin, published monthly from 1994 until 2020, was the leading tattoo industry publication in German-speaking countries, with a circulation of approximately 40,000 copies. Over its 25 years in print, it maintained a reputation for curating content around the most innovative, skilled, and influential tattoo artists from around the world. It also regularly featured in-depth articles on cultural, historical, and symbolic aspects of tattooing, setting a high editorial standard within the global tattoo community.
